Miso Hungry Membership T&Cs

By joining the Miso Hungry Membership Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Membership

Membership is open to all individuals.
By joining, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account details secure.
Miso Hungry reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any membership at Miso Hungry's discretion.

Members earn points on purchases made at Miso Hungry stores via scanning their membership card.
Miso Hungry reserves the right to not award points on purchases of products that are on special, discounted, or promotional pricing.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another member.
Points can be redeemed for eligible purchases once a member has accumulated a minimum of 100 points, equal to $1 in value.
Redemption thresholds and values may change at Miso Hungry's discretion.

Miso Hungry reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of refunds, order cancellations, system errors, or suspected fraud.
If a member does not make a purchase for a period of three years, their account may be closed and all remaining points forfeited.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Miso Hungry is not responsible for any loss of points resulting from unauthorised access, misuse, or fraud.

Miso Hungry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
In the event the program is terminated, members will have 30 days from the termination date to redeem any remaining points, after which all unredeemed points will be forfeited.

By joining, you consent to Miso Hungry's collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purpose of administering the program and marketing communications, in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.
